Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SinuxMod (the "Service"), an AI-powered Discord bot and admin dashboard operated by Sinux Consulting (SSM Registration No. 202503207573) ("we", "us", "our") that handles support tickets, manages per-server knowledge bases, and (optionally) captures structured trade signals for connected Discord communities. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a Discord community, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required to use Discord in your jurisdiction (and be at least 13), and you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. The Service integrates with Discord but is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Discord Inc.
2. The Service
SinuxMod is a Discord bot and admin dashboard that handles support tickets in configured channels using an AI-backed knowledge base, lets server moderators silence, resume, close, reopen, and delete ticket channels via slash commands, and offers optional features including a general-knowledge chat mode, an owner DM chat, and a structured trade-signal parser that feeds the Sinux Signals analytics dashboard. The Service is configured per Discord server via a private admin dashboard at sinuxmod.com.
3. Access and Discord sign-in
Dashboard access requires signing in with Discord, from which we receive basic profile information (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for all activity carried out under your access. Access to a server's dashboard is granted by that server's owner or by us and may be modified or revoked at any time.
4. Server owner responsibilities
If you invite SinuxMod into a Discord server, you represent and agree that: (a) you are an authorised administrator of that server; (b) you will inform your members that an AI bot operates in your support and any configured analyst channels (for example, in your server rules or onboarding); (c) you will not configure the bot to operate in channels where members have a reasonable expectation of privacy without their consent; and (d) you are responsible for the knowledge base entries, rules, and configuration you create.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or third-party right, or facilitate fraud, harassment, doxxing, or distribution of malware; (b) attempt to extract service-role credentials, bypass our authorisation system, or access another server's data; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, stress-test, or interfere with the Service or our infrastructure; (d) misrepresent the Service's outputs as professional advice (legal, medical, financial); or (e) use trade signals captured by the Service to mislead members of a community about an analyst's actual positions.
6. No financial or investment advice
If you enable the trade-signal parser, the Service reads message content posted by registered analysts in configured channels and converts it into structured trade records that feed a community's dashboard. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or a recommendation to make any particular trade. Sinux Consulting does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or timing of any parsed trade signal. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment, and past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any decision you take based on data you see in a SinuxMod-powered community.
7. Your content and licence
Data you store via the Service (knowledge base entries, server configuration, parsed trade events) remains your property. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display it as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising or to train machine-learning models.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, prompt designs, and the SinuxMod and Sinux Consulting names, logos, and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no right to use our marks without our prior written permission.
9. Fees
Current pricing for paid plans is published at sinuxgroup.com/sinuxmod. Fees, billing cycles, and any usage limits are as agreed at sign-up or as published. Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change fees on reasonable notice, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Discord (authentication and messaging), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI inference). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.
11. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that tickets, replies, or trade signals processed by the Service will be accurate, complete, or timely.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinux Consulting and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, missed messages, mis-classified support tickets, downtime, or trading or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sinux Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms, suspected unlawful or harmful use, non-payment, or to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
